I click to open Outlook & it does not respond. A box pops up that says " The
connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or
connected to complete this action."
I click ok & the Microsoft Exchange box pops up wanting, Name of server
& Mailbox. What do i put in for the answers ? Please help

Assuming you dont have an Exchange account, first contact your ISP / mail
provider, via there web site help pages for how to set up mail, then in
Outlook data management remove the exchange account and set up the correct
account
