After much thought I have decided to use WLM instead of Outlook 2007 on
Windows Vista Home premium. At this point I would like to apologise if I
have posted this in the wrong Group. I have searched for the last two days
for the definitive answer, but only seem to be able to find how to perform an
export from WLM to Outlook 2007.

What I need is some instructs or assistance in exporting messages from
Outlook 2007 to WLM. Any assistance in this matter would be most gratefully
accepted.

You'll have to go via Windows Mail then as that includes importing support
from Outlook. WLM in its turn supports importing from Windows Mail.

Do I have to setup an email account in WM?

No, although it might be required it get through the setup steps though; I'm
not that familiar with WM. The account can be fake if you want. All you need
is it to build a folder set for you so you can start it and run the import
process.
