microsoft outlook 2003/2007 archive

We are looking at archiveing solution at corporate level for outlook
(2003 and 2007) and exchange server.
Any suggestions?. We should be able to retrive all emails, notes in calender
and follow all legal requirements.
 
I would do some research via on-line search engines for "corporate mail backup and restore" as well as ask in an Exchange group.

You may also want to contact your company's legal department/consultants to see what requirements are currently - it is a moving target.
