How do you switch identities in Microsoft outlook 2000
sp3. I have 4 e-mail accounts and I would like to choose.

Outlook doesn't use Identities - it uses Profiles. Go to Control Panel-Mail
and create new profiles for each mail account. You must close Outlook before
changing profiles.
 
that is exactally what i DONT want to have to do.
The information should be able to be atatic and reside in
another location completely to be accessed easally for
each user.
THAT is why i need that information. =/
 
Since OL doesnt use/have identities you cannot do it.
Still you could always revert to OE

What EXACTLY are you trying to do? there was no mention of sharing
information between users in your original post.
