Microsoft Outlook 2000 Desktop Icon

I lost the graphic icon for Microsoft Outlook 2000, I tried restoring it
through regedit and it didnt work. All it did was take the icon off the
desktop and then replace it. But all it shows is the icon for files that are
not associated to any programs. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Run a repair on Office.

I ran the repair and nothing happened. On other accounts on this computer
(running windows xp) it shows the outlook icon on the desktop.
