Microsoft Oulook mail

Hi,
My profile became corrupt so I followed the instructions to create a new
account then I copied all the files/folders from the corrupt one and pasted
them into the new account.I can find directions on how to copy and paste my
old outlook mail/contacts/addressbook ect... I only saw how to do it with
outlook express. Can anyone help?
