Microsoft Office

I use Outlook Express to read and send my email.
If I read an email from a business and it has a contact email and I reply it
will take me to Microsoft Office program which I have 2003. Problem is I can
create the email but can not find a send button to send it. I do not want to
use Office email and I can not find anywhere to add a send button. It seems
that one time I did this and it made all my mail go to Office is there a way
to avoid this. thanks

Yes - uninstall Outlook. BTW, why would you use OE when you have Outlook?
(Presumably paid for......)

try this:
Start/settings/control panel
Internet options/programs
make sure email says outlook express
