What happened to the printer icon?

My pages collate the opposite of what I want when I asked it to print a
multi page document. I want page 1 to come out first and it comes out last!

Why can I not get Times New Roman size 12 to be on automatically?

Some printers that stack output face-up (most ink-jets) have a setting for
reverse collation so that page 1 winds up at the top of the pile when the
print job is done. Check for a setting in your printer's properties dialog.

To change the default font, open a doc, mark some text, click the little
diagonal arrow on the Font section of the Home ribbon. Select your desired
face and size, then click the Default button. You will be asked to confrim
whether you want this to be the default font for all docs created from the
Normal template.
