microsoft office outlook

When I try to open microsoft office outlook a pop-up opens asking for the
"key code" which I can find on the back of the cd.
The problem with that is this came installed on my computer and I do not
have the key code.
I tried to put the key code from the certificate of authenticity that
microsoft put on my puter but it would not accept it.

Any ideas ? Gerry

There should be another sticker on the machine, or in your documentation
with the Office key on it. if not, contact your computer Vendor....
