Microsoft Office Access has stopped working

Ron

The Application I am Modifing opens with a Splash Screen, then opens "Main
Menu" after 15 seconds. "Main Menu" has 8 Buttons that open other specific
Menu Forms and 7 Buttons that execute Queries or Reports.

At this Point, Everything works as designed.

Okay, now I add one more Button on the Main Menu to Open a new form . At
this point, the new form is blank except for One Label to identify the new
menu (Form) and one Button to Close the Form.

From the Main Menu, the New Form Opens and closes as designed.

The problem starts when I select one of the other buttons on the Main Menu
that opens another process that was previously Working OKAY.

ERROR MESSAGE:
Microsoft Office Access has stopped working
Windows is collecting more information about the problem.
This Might take a few minutes...

I Ran "Microsoft Office Diagnostics". No Problems Found

I'm Running Microsoft Vista and Microsoft Office 2007 professional
on a Dell Insporon 1720 Notebook with 2GB Memory and 220 GB Hard Drive with
100 GB Free.

Additional Info: If I delete the New "Button" from the Main Menu, the error
goes away and everthing works okay.
I can Cut the Button from the Main Menu and Paste onto one of the other
menus in the application, the error goes away and everything works okay
including the New Form.

I've deleted and recreated the Button on the Main Menu and the problem
re-occurs...

Does not make sense why adding one button on a form can cause this problem.
