Microsoft Office 2007 RSS Feeds Refresh at Every Send&Receive

I recently added the WORD and EXCEL 2007 'How To' Tips to my Outlook RSS
Feeds. In WORD, there are 2 tips that get a freshed Date Stamp whenever
Outlook preforms a Send&Receive (manual or automatic). This includes marking
them as UNREAD again. The 2 titles are: "Use Word 2007 to open documents
created in previous versions of Word" and "Demo: Work with tables in a
document, presentation, or message". In EXCEL, there is one tip that does
this, "Guidelines and examples for sorting and filtering data by color".
Otherwise, in both folders, the other tips behave correctly - keeping the
READ/UNREAD status and not changing the Date Stamp. What can I do to correct
these 3 tips?
 
Bump. Does anyone (especially from Microsoft) have any ideas how to correct
this? Again, it is only happening with my 2 Office 2007 RSS feeds.

People from Microsoft generally don't read these newsgroups.
