Microsoft office 2007 open licence

We recently procured MS office 2007 OLP with 75 licences for our
computers.The thing is that, having 48 computers is it possible to transfer
the remaining licences to another organisation we are working with?
 
Software licenses are not transferable and OLP is restricted to your
company. You can return licenses to Microsoft though. Contact your reseller
or Microsoft directly for more info on your license options.
