Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1

I am running XP Home SP-1 and I have an application that needs Microsoft
..NET Framework 1.1 to run. Yet when I use Windows Update only Microsoft
..NET Framework 1.0 Service Pack 3 seems to be available. How do I get 1.1?
