I'm so tired and mad that I don't understand what all these messages are. I'm
trying to install quickbooks on my computer and I keep getting the error:
1603. What am I suppose to do If they keep giving me the run around and I
need to install Quickbooks

Well, the first thing you could do is provide some information to work with.
Even your subject and body don't match. If it's telling you you need
framework, get it and install it. Or give some info to work with.
