Windows XP Microsoft Net Error

Hello,

This just happened today--every time I try to access Videora iPod Converter (for converting .avi files to .mp4), I get a Microsoft Net error that reads as follows:

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

Right before this happened the internet guy came to our house to fix our modem; it was having problems with an outside wire. The internet worked fine afterwards but I couldn't open Videora.
