How do i force the F-Lock key to be always on ?

At the moment, it can't be done.

It annoys me to always turn it on when the pc is booted or returns
from standby!

The only solution for the time being is a "meatware" one: Train your right
hand to hit the FLock as part of the boot/restart process.

That is so friggin annoying

You can't programmatically control the F Lock key, however, you can control
the keys that F Lock affects
