Microsoft Money 2003 Budget change

I would like to know if I can change the ACTUAL dollar total in the
Monthly Budget after the fact. For example, we are in the month of
October and I would like to change a figure in the ACTUAL column in the
month of September.

I thank you in advance for your help.
