Microsoft MimeOLE

It appears that a lot of poeple now are using X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft
MimeOLE V6.00.3790.0 to produce notes here.

The failure of that program to produce carriage returns is a bit of a nuisance -
is there a clever way to get around reading without having to use the horizontal
slider. What happens if these people read their own notes, or do they ever.

That would be Outlook Express 6.0, I believe.

OE can be configured in insert carriage returns at appropriate points but
most OE users don't know that's something they should do. OE wraps text
without carriage returns automatically, so OE users usually don't know
that there is a problem.

For what it's worth, your lines are too wide. Usenet convention is to
wrap after 72 characters to allow for quoting.
