I created a new windows live account and I signed and it asked me about the
conformation email and that email was never sent to me. What should I do?

Contact Windows Live. This newsgroup is hosted by Microsoft, but it's staffed
by non-Microsoft volunteers, and it's for the database software Microsoft
Access, not for general computer questions.
