how do i transfer emails and contacts from outlook to microsoft mail? need
to transfer all inbox, sent, and deleted emails and all contacts.

Let me clarify that I am working in outlook express in the old computer.

Provided both Outlook and Outlook Express are installed and setup on this
machine, 'File|Import' from within Outlook Express will move moth messages
and contacts for you. You must have both programs installed and setup on
the machine used to do the transfer because Outlook is required to open the
..PST file, OE cannot import Outlook data without it being present to provide
data file access.
