Are you sure you followed all of your email provider's instructions when
setting up your email account? What are the exact error messages? What you
gave is not the complete message.

The error message you provided is not an exact copy.
Right-click on it, copy, then paste it into a reply here.

"Port 0" errors are often caused by an incompatible antivirus.
Windows Mail is not compatible with most McAfee
and Norton security programs. Those will need to be
uninstalled, not just disabled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download
and install a more compatible antivirus like the free Avast:
http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their
email scanning option turned off. For more on this topic see

No, I did not got answer so I do not understand and
I wont the answer. The question I get every time I try to send the mail.

"Port: 0" errors are almost always due to using a non-compatible antivirus.
Windows Mail is not compatible with most McAfee and Norton
antivirus programs. Those will need to be uninstalled, NOT
just disabled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download
and install a more compatible antivirus like:

AVG free edition:
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/us/frt/0?prd=aff
or
Avast free edition:
http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html

With either of those, during the install phase you must select custom
install, and then deselect the email scanning option.

Oh yes it is. If nothing else, it tells us that the OP's SMTP server is set
to port 0, which is why he can't SEND email....

Error messages referring to port 0 often mean that Windows Mail
has encountered so much interference from an antivirus program
that it is unable to look up the correct port number. Also, unknown
errors in Windows Mail are often due to interference from an
antivirus program. What if any antivirus programs are on the machine
showing this problem?

Also, the server names are missing from the error messages. What
are they, or are they set to blanks?

Actually, it speaks volumes to me.
The diagnostic information often pins down the exact problem, as it does in this case.
