Microsoft LDAP Directory error

I get the following error message when I try to open up
the address book in Outlook XP "Can't contact LDAP
Directory server (81)" I just switched over to Outlook and
I'm not sure why this is doing it, but if anyone can be of
any help I would greatly appreciate it.
