Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 817589

My ATI TV Tuner freezes on a Hyperthreaded P4 running
WinXP. I expect that the fix suggested on Knowledge Base
817589 will solve it (i.e., the new version of Stream.sys)
, but I don't know how to get it! My Windows XP is an OEM
version from Sony, and they have no clue of how to get me
this fix, and I can't get through to anybody at MS...

Any ideas?!
