Microsoft Internet Transfer Control (MSInet.OCX)

my dear friends,

By using this MSINet.ocx i want to ready binary files(my
exact requirement is reading MS-Word files is it possible).

In one case i purchased a product what he is saying is
INET control is not taking binary file u need to transform
the document. i did not understand can u give me a details
about it.
