It's possible that the download is not compatible with Vista. If you trust
the site, you might try right clicking on the exe file and choosing Run as
Administrator. If that doesn't work, use the site's Chat service to get help.
PHP web sites could be risky, so beware.

What version of vista?
If business or above, install the ActiveX installer service and then set it
to automatic.
Then install the program by right clicking the install exe and selecting run
as
administrator.

my windows is vista home premium and 32-bit operating system.
I TRIED WHATEVER IS SUJJESTED BY ALL RESPONDENTS BUT NO FATE.

Mr RAMESH WROTE THE FOLLOWING BUT I DID NOT UNDERSTAND ...CAN U PL EXPLAIN?

MSINET.OCX, a Visual Basic run-time does not ship with Windows Vista. Check
this:

Support Statement for Visual Basic 6.0 on Windows Vista:
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/vbrun/ms788708.aspx

Therefore the application manufacturer has to bundle the runtime along with
the software.

Percy,

First do a file search for msinet.ocx to be sure the file is on your
computer.
Then Start-Run-regsvr32 msinet.ocx
That should register it.

See here for more details

You just answered the question.
You're version is Home Premium, and I said Business or above.

Your problem is with the author / vendor of the program / utility you're trying to
install.
Contact them and see if there is a version compatible with Vista Home Premium.

Don't shout.
