Since I am new to this , I just got a new Dell computer
with windows XP Home addition. I would like to make my
Home page Microsoft Internet Explorer . At the present
time it says at the top AOL By Dell when I start my
computer.
Can anyone help with that ,I would be most thankful . I
have AOL as my ISP at the present time.

I think you have to open MS Internet Explorer click menu Tools->Internet
Options.. Then in address textbox put you Home page click Apply and OK. Next
time when you start IE you will see your Home page.

Lulu, if you want to make your home page www.msn.com When in Internet
Explorer and at the msn site select Tools>Internet Options>Select the
General Tab and under Homepage click on Use Current.

"Microsoft Internet Explorer" is a program, a component of
Windows, not a web page. You can't make that your home page,
because it isn't a page at all.

However you can make any page you want your home page. In
Internet Explorer, go to Tools | Internet Options, and change it
to whatever you want at the top of the General tab.
