microsoft internet explorer popups

I cannot stop these damn pop ups when i log on to msn
internet ex. i have downloaded firewalls, spyware, and
loads of other restricted sites, but to no avail any
answers??
 
I'm with you, i am about to pull my hair out. Seems like it started 2 weeks
ago when I downloaded Microsft Service 6 update! Funny how Microsoft.com does
not offer any HELP. If you try the "Contact Us" click, you get caught in a
Visious Loop.
