Microsoft Internet Explorer -Javascript error

I have Windows XP and I use Internet explorer. Whenever I
go to a website some of the things are missing. For
example, www.msn.com some of the links are missing. Also
I have been getting a message:
Javascript Error
Then it has the website I was using.
The object doesn't support this property or method.
Can anyone help me please? Thanks.
