Microsoft internet explorer has encountered a problem & needs to close.

While opening a website, I would get the "Microsoft
interent explorer has encountered a problem & needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were
in the middle of something, the information you were
working on might be lost." It will ask me if I want to
send an error report & it will restart internet explorer
for me. The error report contains the following:

APPName: iexplore.exe
AppVer: 6.1.8293.0
ModName: msvcrt.dll
ModVer: 6.1.8293.0
Offset: 000154a7

I encounter this error message most of the time. There is
only one website that I can get to on a regular basis
without encountering the problem. I am running Windows 98
& using a wireless router on my laptop.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I am having this same problem. Could someone please post
a solution?
I am also using windows 98, a wireless laptop, and IE 6.
