Microsoft installer

I am trying to install Norton Internet Security 2004.
Norton wants me to uninstall and reinstall Microsoft
Installer?? The web link to Microsoft is not working.
This shouldn't be that hard, but I cant find any
info...help please

Hi Mike

Do you get any error messages if you don't try and install NIS? If so, may I suggest that NIS is anomalous to Windows.
