just wondering if it is possible to create a form in microsoft info path and
then use it in microsoft access ??????

Use it in Access? Not as far as I know. However, I believe there's no
problem with InfoPath using a Jet database (i.e.: an MDB file).

Michael, you can create a form in Microsoft Infopath and have the information
submitted to a table in Access. You will need to establish a "Data
Connection" and identify which table you use and then these fields will need
to "bound" with the form. If you search on "linking with Access" in
Microsoft Infopath's Help Section, you can review instructions on how to set
this up.
