I can't locate this hotfix for download. Where exactly can
I get this hotfix.
 
IF your using XP and are connected to the internet go to start and click on
help and suppport and type in the # 811576 at the bottom of the search it
says microsoft knowledge base 1 result . click on this and there you go!!
