I need to know how come my Microsoft frontpage program is not opening

Find and delete the cmdui.prf file for FrontPage - this is the file that
stores your customizations and preferences for the FrontPage Menu and it
will get rebuilt, using the defaults, the next time you start FrontPage.

Please define, "not opening."

For example, will it not start at all? Does it start but then fail to open
your Website? Do you get an error message? If so, please post the exact text.
