Microsoft Front Page 2003 upgrade

I have front page 98. with 200 upgrade, and 2003 upgrade. I have these loaded
on my xp system.
How can I load my front page program on my new computer that has microsoft
Vista home premium on it?
I have in box the 98 version with key code. version 200 upgrade with key code.
and version 2003 with key codes.

Install the FP2003 upgrade (using it's key),
- and when asked for a qualifying product insert the FP 98 CD
