Microsoft free call center

About a year ago I had a problem and somehow I was steared to a free call
center run by Microsoft. Does anyone know what I'm referring to? I have blue
screen problems that my level of knowledge prevents me from solving myself.
I've posted my problem here but the answers are all Greek to me. I need a
Microsoft technician's expertise.
