MICROSOFT FORMS ERROR MESSAGE

[COSTARICA2007]

Upon starting Word 2003 SP3, I get the following MICROSOFT FORM ERROR MESSAGE:

COULD NOT LOAD AN OBJECT BECAUSE IT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THIS EQUIPMENT

The error message appearse three time. Each time, it disappears after I
click OK.

What it this all about? How can I solve this? What form or object it it
talking about?
