Microsoft file transfer manager

I have tried using the problem reporting tool that comes with
MicrosoftWindows Vista. Along the way it wants to download the Microsoft
file transfer manager in order to upload the feedback. I get an error code
of 2738 every time it tries to download. I've looked up the error code on
Microsoft's site and it says can access visual basic something or other.
Has anyone had this problem. Can anyone tell me how to report vista
problems or how to correct this.

Hi Willie,

I have exactly the same problem. I couldn't install MS File Transfer Manager
neighter in VirtualPC nor my real computer. Unfortunatelly I also couldn't
find any information in MS Help site.

Anyone else?
