Microsoft Exchange Server - Synchronizing Inbox

I have a laptop running Windows XP sp2 and Microsoft Office Professional 2003
that is connect to our corporate Microsoft Exchange 2000 sp4 Server.

I recently notice that the users inbox was not receiving emails, but they
could send emails no problems. View calendar and contacts, make new entries,
etc. But not receive mail.

We configure all laptop with offline access to their mailbox items.

When we try to synchronize with exchange everything seem to work except the
inbox portion.

Here is the following error message

Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8007000E): 'Out of
memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.'

I have shutdown and restart a number of times, tried repairing Office, and
final uninstalled and reinstalled Office with no luck.

Please Help

Thanks in Advance

Just got done fighting this problem myself. The error message is a red
herring - it doesn't really have anything to do (that I saw, anyway)
with the real problem. There are two seperate issues here:

1) the 0x8007000E error message

2) the user not able to receive messages

I tracked down the error code for Microsoft Exchange to be somethign to
do with public folder synchronization. Don't really care to deal with
that problem just yet, so I assumed it was not related. I was right.

I fixed the one or two users who had this problem by going into their
settings (you can get to it either from Outlook settings or from
Control Panel -> Mail). Find the box that is checked for "Exchange
Cached Mode". I don't know what it is, but that was what was wrong.
Unchecked, everything works fine. And it worked fine for a long time
before, so I can't tell you why this works. It just does. Magic?

Hope this helps.

Hello,
Fix to this:
Removed user from Domain, Purged mailbox from Run CleanUp Agent (Exch2000)!!
AFTER SAVING ALL EMAIL in .PST !!! Backup email first.
Added user back and copied/imported email back to Exch account.

See post: I get error 0x8007000E in Outlook 2003 when sending/recieving
More details there as to what I did.
all the best,
stephen
