Microsoft Exchange Server - Keep mail on Server

I am setting up my mail with Microsoft Exchange Server - how do I keep a copy
of my mail on the server? I can't find the button.

unless you use a pst or ost, you are viewing the mailbox directly. Using a
pst is bad because it removes the mail from the server, an ost is just a
local copy of the mailbox, used mostly for travelers but also in OL2003 for
cached mode.
