Microsoft Excel Viewer 2003

I am installing XLVIEW 2003 in a terminal server environment. We prevent our
users from accessing the internet by any means possible when logged in under
specific accounts. However, with XLVIEW, there is an option for Help in the
menu system. Under Help there are two options for Online Excel Viewer Help
and Check for Updates. Both of these open a browser window. I would like
to remove both of these menu options. Any ideas?

That's nice, but what if they press [F1] or [Alt]+H?

Why don't you create a NOBROWSER group in the terminal server's domain,
enter these users' IDs into the NOBROWSER group, then use the
facilities Windows provides to remove Run permission from iexplore.exe
from this group? This is systems administration 101 - if certain users
shouldn't use some programs, don't give them permission to run those
programs.
