microsoft discussion groups not working

i tried to post on this forum for about 3 weeks and it didn't work. each
time it said we're sorry this feature is not working at this time. what
happened. i'd like to post a screen shot of what the error message was but i
don't see an area for attachments.

You can't post attachments in this forum, but you CAN include a link.
Post your image in any of the numerous free image sites or in your
website, if you have one available.
