Microsoft changed my document to an email!

Help!!! how do I change my document back to just a Microsoft
document? from an email? This document was changed to an email
without any warning when I downloaded the latest update for Microsoft
word. Thanks for any help.
 
Probably what you mean is that it is displaying an email header. Click on
the E-mail button on the Standard toolbar, or click File | Send To | Mail
Recipient to turn it off.
