Yes, as part of the Microsoft Office Specialist program ...

Hi Domac,

There used to be a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) exam that you
could take in MS Access '95. However this has now been replaced by the
Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS) for versions '97 and 2000.
Then I think Microsoft realised that people were pronouncing that mouse
and having a giggle, so dropped the U. So now you can do a Microsoft
Office Specialist (MOS) Exam in MS Access.
