Microsoft CA Server

Hi all,
I have installed the Microsoft CA Server in my Windows
2000 machine.I have used the CA server patch mscep.exe in
order to install it.Everythinng is working fine for first
2 days amd on the third day its not allowing the client
to enroll for the certificates.On my router its
displaying "certification rejected by the CA Server".Once
again if I reboot the machine it is working fine.Can any
one help me to resolve this issue.Is this bug resolved?

Is this update available through direct download?
If no - why?

This may be a known issue that should be able to be solved by upgrading to
windows server 2003 version of MSCEP or an update to MSCEP for windows 2000
which is available through product support services.
