microsoft baseline analyser glitch?

I just ran the baseline analyser and it says I have the
guest account enabled. I do not, or if it is somehow
enabled, it is not showing this under the "user accounts"
in the control panel. Any ideas?
 
MBSA is most likely correct.
In Home it is not uncommon for Guest to be enabled
but explicitly disallowed logon at the console, as this
is needed to support Simple file sharing.
