Microsoft award in 1996

I cannot find informations (subject, ranking...) about a Microsoft award
that would be called "ISP Microsoft Award" and that would have taken place in
1996.

I do not know if there are public informations about it, but if so, thanks
in advance for communicating them to me.

What I'm looking for (if it exists) would be more something like a 6500
participants competition (prgoramming? I do not know exactly), maybe like "If
you have created the next generation of Internet Navigator, send your
prototype and you might win the ISP Microsoft Award".
