Microsoft Antispyware

I have been running the above with Real-Time protection
and it appears that this software allows such things as
toolbars and pop up software to change my computer with
messages such as the user (me) allowed them. Has any body
else experienced this?

Also no matter which spyware I use my computer is now
permanently infected with pop up advertising It appears
to auto allow pop ups no matter what extent of pop up
blocker i use Any thoughts?

and if its active did u change any of the setting that ms
anti-spyware comes with...
