Microsoft AntiSpyware

I have a problem with the Microsoft AntiSpyware.
My computer is SONY VAIO Digital Studio PCV-RX85M.

Every time when I call this program
the following Error Loading message is appeared:

"Warning, Microsoft AntiSpyware has encounted a critical
error (Error 101). Please restart Microsoft AntiSpyware
again. If you continue to experience this problem, please
contact Microsoft technical support at support@giant
company.com for immediate assistance".

Can you help me?
I have no problem to use Microsoft AntiSpyware on other
PC.

The stock answer for this question is:

1) ensure you are running as an administrator on the local machine.

2) try a repair install--Start, control panel, add or remove programs,
Microsoft Antispyware, change, update.

3) If this doesn't do it, try uninstalling and then reinstalling.

However, experience in these groups shows this not to be a sure cure.

Does it start if you double click on gcasDtServ.exe whilst in Windows
Explorer?
