microsoft antispyware

I have a http:/lop.com/passthrough/newpass2html(url)that
has installed a toolbar at the bottom of my screen that
the antispyware doesnt get rid of. Is there any way I can
get rid of it manually. Thank you.
 
Did check you Ad/Remove Programs to see if it put an uninstaller in there?

Have you tried restarting in safe mode and scanning with Microsoft
Antispyware? Scan until the system comes through as clean.
