Microsoft Agent Server?

Hi,

I get a process called "agentsvr.exe" appear in my Task Manager. I can close
the process no problem with no apparent ill-effects, but I was wondering
what this "Microsoft Agent Server 2.0" is, and why it is running (I couldn't
find it under my "Run" settings for Windows).

If its just another intrusive MS component, how do I turn it off
permanently?
